Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the Wahl tools in their original retail packaging, including all guards, blades, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
